We offer a 15m² apartment located on the 3 floor panoramic view of the port, near the party venues, restaurants and shops. This apartment for 2 persons, decorated with care brings you all the necessary comfort: a comfortable bed, an equipped Kitchenette, a bathroom, terrace.
Services: Air conditioning, TV, free internet access, safe, iron, storage, terrace, panoramic view of the harbor.
The bathroom: Shower, hairdryer, sheets and towels provided.
Private parking space secured by automatic barrier.
Non smoking apartment.
The apartment is located in the Naturist area of Cap d'Agde.
To be able to enter this naturist village you must first register at the reception of the naturist village.
An entrance fee of 15 euros for 3 days per couple will be required.
This is a tax collected by the city of Agde.
It can not be included in the rental price since it is the municipality that benefits.
Check in are until 9pm

Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.

Frederic, the appartment owner, was very approchable and friendly. It was very easy to get in touch with him and get help before and during our stay - which is something that you'll appreciate because cap d'adge in mutiple areas is very unique.
The studio was small (like almost all the studios in cap d'agde) but more than enough for our Stay. It was clean, super well equipped and organised. We missed nothing but more time to enjoy more.
And the real appartment jewel is a great terrace with views to the Marina. We had breakfast, afternoon drinks and dinner in the terrace and it was a lovely experience.
We will repeat for sure!

I just finished a 4 night stay at Sunrise Port Venus 311 and cannot speak highly enough of the hosts/owners Frederic and his wife, who are extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment has everything that a single traveler or couple would need, has a great view of the marina, and provides access to a fantastic, large pool. It is also air conditioned, which is great. I recommend it to anyone who is considering a stay.

Toll über dem Hafen gelegen mit Sonnenaufgangsaussicht bei Kaffee ( umsonst) 👍. Man muss wissen, dass es sich um eine FKK-Siedlung handelt, für Ungewohnte also eine Überraschung🥳. Frederique ist sensationell verbindlich und freundlich, perfekt-Danke!

Frédéric le propriétaire est au top acceuillant disponible souriant la en cas de soucis ma récupéré en voiture à l acceuil prêt à rendre service avec le sourire.
Quand À l appart tout ce quil faut j ai pris le petit studio équiper complètement il ne manque rien.
Je vous le conseil vraiment ca en vaut le détour proche de tout resto café boîte plage avec une vue sur le port et la mer j ai adorer bravo à fred je reviendrais avec plaisir

Clean apartment in the heart of the naturist village, the view is lovely and for a smaller apartment it's fairly well equipped. Frédéric was very helpful meeting us to guide us to the apartment and show us where everything was. Be aware there's an additional charge to enter the area that isn't included in the rental fee.

Excellent appartement with a beautiful location. It is not large but contains all you need such as a kitchen area, toaster, water boiler, coffemachine, microwave etc. You have access to a large wonderful swimingpool wich is private and only for the residents at Port Venus. The appartement is placed a bit away from the partyzone so it is quiet and relaxing. The host was very helpful and nice. We highly recommend Sunrise Port Venus 311 and we will come back.

It was a small but yet very stylish and charming studio. The balcony streched over to harbor - really great views and sunny place to sit and had morning coffee. Despite the small size, it has everything you need for a stay like kitchenette, hairdryer, iron, coffee-machine, beach towels, umbrella....Even salt, pepper, oil and coffee! The host was very friendly and attentitive. So the apartment was great. Only thing that the neighboring area had some pavement works - it made our walking bit uncomfortable but the next guests have definitely most wonderful pathways there!

Merci à Youri pour l'accueil sympathique ! Disponible, efficace, souriant... rien à redire. Notre hôte nous a accompagnés jusqu'à l'appartement et donné tous les renseignements pour profiter du séjour. Des petits plus : dosettes de café en quantité, eau fraîche, bouteille de rosé. Le studio est arrangé avec goût, proche des commodités avec une jolie vue sur la marina. Terrasse qui permet de profiter du soleil levant. Nous recommandons.

Great views, can mfprtable but very small flat. The drain was blocked and bedside light faulty when I arrived.
Worst for me was that the reception arrangements were chaotic. I ended up waiting an hour and a half after my arrival with no replies from given contact numbers. I was told this was exceptional.
My suggestion that a small starter pack of condiments/ basics be provided for short stay, self cooking was quickly adopted; salt, pepper and olive oil were provided.
This all left me with the thought; this is a potentially good place. Why aren’t they bothering? - until challenged

The apartment was beautiful -- clean, well-kept and with a lovely view. It was clear that a lot of care had been put into it. The kitchen was more than adequate for my needs. The service couldn't have been better: Frederic and Victoria were communicative, attentive and responded quickly to all of my questions and the one problem that arose. When the WiFi stopped working, I messaged Frederic. He responded within minutes and brought a hotspot for me to use. Check-in and check-out were easy and Frederich helped organize transport to the Agde train station. I was very impressed with my stay and would definitely book again with Cap d'Agde Studio. Thank you, Frederic!

Notre sejour c'est bien passé. le logement était très agréable avec une belle vue sur le port. Le logement est comme sur l'annonce décoré avec gout . Les propriétaires sont trés accueillant . Nous recommandons +++ cette location.

Studio tout confort dans petite résidence calme, loin de l’agitation du centre du village naturiste. 3ème étage avec ascenseur, superbe vue sur le port de plaisance. Loggia très agréable, studio climatisé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, lit de 140, bonne literie. Petite kitchenette (plaque vitro, réfrigérateur, micro onde, cafetière Nespresso, vaisselle et ustensile de cuisine,) tv, internet , salle de douche sympa, emplacement de parking privatif et sécurisé par un portail électrique pour l’ensemble des résidents de Port Venus. Linge de nuit et serviette de toilette à disposition. Les petits plus: planche à repasser et fer, parasol, calle-dos de plage, capsules Nespreso à disposition, et en cadeau de bienvenue une bouteille de rosé de la région… La description ne serait pas complète sans y rajouter l’accueil tres chaleureux de Frédéric et de son épouse lors de la remise et le retour des clés.

Un accueil chaleureux par Frédéric, une grande disponibilité avec accueil personnalisé dans l'appartement (café / eau / Bouteille de vin).
L'appartement est idéalement situé proche de tout (2mn du centre par la marina), et au calme ce qui permet de profiter le soir de la terrasse avec vue sur les bateaux et le matin d'un petit déjeuner au calme.
