Magnificent flat in the Port Venus residence, with access to the residence swimming pool.
We offer a 15sqm apartment located on the 3rd floor facing the sea view port, near the party venues, restaurants and shops. This apartment for 2 persons, decorated with care brings you all the necessary comfort: a comfortable bed, an equipped Kitchenette, a bathroom, terrace.
Services: Air conditioning, TV, free internet access, safe, iron, storage, terrace, panoramic view of the harbor.
The bathroom: Shower, hairdryer, sheets and towels provided.
Private parking space secured by automatic barrier.
Non smoking apartment.
The apartment is located in the Naturist area of Cap d'Agde.
To be able to enter this naturist village you must first register at the reception of the naturist village.
An entrance fee of 15 euros for 3 days per couple will be required.
This is a tax collected by the city of Agde.
It can not be included in the rental price since it is the municipality that benefits.

Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.

Victoria was a fantastic host,
Very knowledgeable and put us at ease and was on hand if we needed anything.
We met others staying in the main village whose accommodation was substandard and were very disappointed, so we felt very lucky.
The pool was great - the only downside was no loungers, so maybe bring a s mat as the concrete was uncomfortable with just our towels.
We will be back - thanks Victoria! X

Les photos, la vue, le confort du lit, la climatisation, la terrasse avec une belle table et les aménagements ont correspondu à nos attentes.
L'accueil de Nicolas a été chaleureux et professionnel.

Le logement correspondait aux photos, plutôt moderne avec un balcon sécurisé par un volet roulant motorisé + baie vitrée. De plus nous avons trouvé que le studio était plutôt bien agencé avec du rangement et pas mal d'équipements (lave-linge, plaque vitro, clim, cafetière nespresso avec quelques capsules fournis par l'hôte, TV, frigo/congélo, micro-onde etc.
L'appart est bien situé avec 1 place de parking privée et est à 5min à pied des bars/restos du village mais sans avoir toutes les nuissances nocturnes que cela peut engendrer. Exactement ce que nous recherchions
-C'est un détail mais il serait bien d'installer une petite table à repasser + fer
-Le ménage n'était pas parfait mais rien de catastrophique

Double vitrage apprécié , climatisation, frigo petit congélateur, grille pain cafetière , grand miroir et écran plat.
Nespresso avec un douzaine de dose à notre arrivée. Espace de rangement, belle douche . Le tout bien décoré.
Le petit plus parking privé avec télécommande et piscine privée pour les résidents qui veulent prendre le soleil ou nager.
Idéalement placé pour se reposer et a 2 minutes pour aller faire la fête.
Zone commerciale en bas du port .
On le recommande vivement et les propriétaires sont accueillants et toujours disponibles.
Absolument rien .

En prime, une machine Nespresso avec ses capsules et deux bouteilles d’eau fraîche : parfait. Après notre séjour, remise des clefs à l’épouse de Frederic, tout aussi charmante et gracieuse, de vrais pros. À refaire et à recommander sans hésitation.

Voilà j'ai passé une excellente semaine au village , tout était comme sur les photos du site je le recommande fortement.
Le studio était propre la salle de bain ainsi que la cuisine équipée , vue sur le port et la plage c'était vraiment magique.
Le personnel joignable à tout moment et je l'ai remercie vraiment pour leur accueil chaleureux et convivial je reviendrais sa c'est sûr.
