The modern studio apartment is located in the largest naturist village in Europe.
The sunny and bright apartment is 4 minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.
Some of the best places are the waiki beach, Melrose cafe, and Le Mississippi restaurant.
You have the option to visit these fabulous places or have a good time at the apartment over a few bottles of wine.
Whichever way you prefer, there is always an opportunity to have fun.
The apartment is newly remodeled and located on the second floor, perfect for overlooking the pools and relaxing on the private terrace.
Sleep in late in the large bed with comfy pillows and blankets or wake up early to get to the beach for a nice morning walk.
There are plenty of activities and great people to meet in the village. Wifi is available for your use.

Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.

Tout en étant au centre des festivités il est parfaitement insonorisé et sécurisé.
L’appart est très bien équipé, propre et lumineux avec un plus : quel plaisir de prendre sa douche avec la mer en visuel !

l appart et magnifique , fonctionnel , confortable tres bien situé on s y sent tout de suite tres bien et nous sommes tres agréablement surpris par la taille de la terrasse
une bouteille de rosé nous attendait avec deux verres sur le bar ( petite attention , la classe )
le lit rond nous inquiétait un peu ( pas de soucis c est tres grand en fait et tres confortable )
le depart comme l arivée rdv a 10h a l appart ( 10h etait notre choix mais c est plus souple )victoria est arrivée en retard , a 10h et 23 secondes !!!
bref on ne peut que recommander cette loc , mais laissez des dispo car nous on veux revenir
