An entirely new designed penthouse with two-floors overlooking the sea and the sand dunes. Located in the 3rd floor of the complex “Port Nature” this 75m2- penthouse offers without question the best location in the “village naturiste”: only 50 meters from the beach but directly at the world-famous “La Coursive” of Port Nature. While Port Nature is the epicenter of the Cap d’Agde naturist-life-style and party zone, this apartment can offer both party- and relaxing moments due its location at the sea-front end of Port Nature.
Its first floor consists of a 40 m2 area with a wide open living room and fully equipped kitchen in the front and an open bedroom and bathroom in the back. The second floor with additional 35m2 is a roof terrace with breath-taking views sea and mountain views in all directions.
Enjoy this exquisite jewel in the Cap d’Agde “Village naturiste” – scene.
Parties with more than 6 people are forbiten in the apartment

Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.

En revanche pour un séjour de 10 jours, le mobilier de la grande terrasse est vraiment limite.
2 chaises longues dont une cassée.
Les chaises de la terrasse également et le manque de lumière sur la coursive nous a manquer pour nos apéros le soir.
Même si j ai passer un excellent séjour je ferais attention pour mon prochain logement que la terrasse soit mieux equiper et que la coursive soit éclairée.

Der ganze Grundriss (ohne eigenen Balkon) hat uns nicht zugesagt. Obwohl auf dem Dach noch ein Sonnenplatz zur Verfügung steht, haben wir ihn nicht genutzt, weil er nicht einladend ist. Die Bilder entsprechen zum Teil nicht diesem Appartement und sehen viel besser aus, als es dann ist. Die Küche ist sehr unglücklich konzipiert und schmudelig. Wir werden dies Unterkunft sicher nicht mehr buchen.

L’appartement est très propre, décoré avec goût et bien équipé.
Sur la coursive, il propose une grande fenêtre donnant sur une vue magnifique.
On a pu croisé le propriétaire aussi qui est très sympathique.

The canopy on the rooftop patio was broken with half missing, this meant that avoiding mid day sun was difficult.

Nous avons apprécier pour ce séjour le rapport qualité-prix, ce qui n'est pas toujours été le cas, particulièrement entre Nöel & le jour de l'An.

The apartment was perfectly clean when we checked in. It has been renovated with attention to detail and tastefully decorated. The dishwasher and vacuum cleaner are from Miele, which is the best brand for appliances in Europe. The view on the sea is excellent, especially from the penthouse terrace above.
Emma, the responsible for the apartment was penctual at check-in and check-out. We had a couple of questions during the stay, and she responded to all of them immediately.
The only room for improvement (this is for the owners 😉) would be to change the shower-pipe to a thermostats model and to rethink the penthouse Terrace with the same attention to detail as the apartment in order to allow it to reach its full potential.
Our best time in the village so far and there’s no question that we will I rent this apartment again!

La déco est bien pensée, de bon goût et chaleureuse; les placards suffisants, quand bien même madame viendrait avec sa garde robe.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, außer vielleicht das es etwas anstrengend ist, sein gesamtes Gepäck die vielen Treppen hoch zu tragen, da es keinen Aufzug gab.

L'emplacement, la vue sur la mer, le parking, l'équipement la cuisine la terrasse !!
Le concept de ces logements et malgré l'age de l'immeuble, une bonne isolation
Le matelas à mémoire de forme...les draps tout froissés..
Le manque de savon et gel douche...
Les matelas des relax à disposition etaient tres sales !
