Bali Héliopolis, 20m² studio on 3rd floor, heart of Héliopolis C, naturist village. 30m from the beach, south-facing terrace with sea view. Fully equipped, close to activities and shops. Private parking. Non-smoking.
Bali Heliopolis is a 20- square-meter, one-room flat at the 3th floor in the heart of Heliopolis.
You can enjoy a 11square-meter terrace where you can have a romantic dinner or with friends while having a look at the passersby.
It is southern exposure that will allow you to relax in the sun all day long.
Located 30 meters from the beach, it is close to different activities, restaurants, shops and nightlife in the naturist village.
The flat suits perfectly two persons, it is decorated with care, bright and functional in order to enjoy pleasant moments.
There are all the comforts you need to have a nice stay there : a full-equipped kitchen, an Italian shower, a Queen size bed (160), air-conditioning, free access to Internet, a safe, a hair-dryer, a Nespresso coffee-machine.
A private parking place .
Non smoking flat
The apartment is located in the Naturist area of Cap d'Agde.
To be able to enter this naturist village you must first register at the reception of the naturist village.
An entrance fee of 15 euros for 3 days per couple will be required.
This is a tax collected by the city of Agde.
It can not be included in the rental price since it is the municipality that benefits.

Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.

We weren't sure what to expect on our first visit here but this appartment totally exceeded our expections. Spacious open plan room, large shower, large bed, lovely balcony area with ample seating and sea views.

As usual, everything was perfect. The apartments are beautifully decorated and they have absolutely everything you could possibly need. They even provided beach towels. Location is great, close to the beach but close to all the restaurants as well. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Communication with the apartment manager was also a 10, they speak various languages and are super attentive. Could not recommend enough, 100% valuable!

Pas grand-chose à dire de négatif sur ce beau studio bien refait mise à part la terrasse qui manque d'un store pour le soleil car justement très bien exposé avec une très belle vue sur la mer très proche, manque peut-être une vraie table avec des vrais chaises, une partie pas très bien aménagée qui pourrait valoriser encore mieux la terrasse !
Sinon très propre, très lumineux, bien décoré, lumières agréables .
Donc très peu de choses négatives , un très beau séjour à refaire !

Accueil personnalisé par Anouk dès l’arrivée pour la remise des clés. Appartement récemment rénové avec tout le confort nécessaire et beaucoup de goût. Grande terrasse (manque un store). Parking privé à disposition. Communication très facile et agréable avec Frédéric le gérant des « Studios du Cap ». Nous reviendrons, d’autres appartements similaires sont proposés par Frédéric.... superbe location! Merci

We thought the apartment was excellent and fulfilled all our needs. Slight issue with the shower and sink which needs addressing and also with ants! But overall we were v happy and will be probably looking at renting again next year
