Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.

Malheureusement, le volet électrique était défaillant et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Très grosse chaleur dans le logement.

The covers on the bed were too small. The protective cover and the fitted sheet for the mattress were too small and kept coming off during the night making for an uncomfortable bed. Extra pillows would also have been useful.

Sono stato accolto con simpatia da una ragazza italiana che mi ha mostrato il piccolo appartamentino spiegandomi ogni cosa. La finestra affacciata sul porticciolo vale da sola la spesa! Tutto perfettamente funzionante: letto comodo, acqua calda, riscaldamento, macchina del caffè a cialde, frigorifero, piano cottura, cappa, ascensore. Parcheggio riservato in area protetta. Grazie.

Ema made me very welcome and showed me where village facilities were located and explained all the equipment in the studio. Very well equiped studio. A problem with the wifi was fixed the following day. The swimming pool is large and good water for swimming. Loved the view over the harbour from the studio. Excellent shops in the village.

Perfekt eingerichtet mit allem was es braucht inkl. Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher, Staubsauger, Geschirrwaschmaschiene und Klima.
Die Fotos auf Booking.com sind von verschiedenen Appartements. Wir hatte keinen Balkon dafür Fenster auf der ganzen Front und eine Bar. Es gibt auch einen grossen Pool zur Mitbenützung.

Short walk around the marina to the rest of the village and the beach, but thankfully away of very loud nightlife. I was concerned about getting into village and apartment as I arrived by train, but Ema met me at the gate, drove me to apt and and provided excellent info about the village. Would love to go back.

Heerlijk appartement en wat een welkom! Emma, de gastvrouw, super vriendelijk en attent!
Wanneer ik de reservering had gemaakt, verliep het contact moeiteloos en per SMS. De ontvangt was super. Allereerst de auto parkeren op een privé parkeerplaats achter een hoog hek.
In het appartement legde Emma uit wat waar te vinden was, in en buiten het appartement.
Het appartement is niet heel groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne badkamer, heel compleet.
Het appartement is verder voorzien van bijna alles wat je thuis ook hebt. TV, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, wasmachine, vaatwasser, strijkijzer en met gebruik van allerhande zaken als koffie, thee, kleine zaken die je in een keuken kunt gebruiken als peper zout en spulletjes om met de hand af te wassen.
De tafel voor het grote raam met zicht op de haven was een ideale plek voor een ontbijt of even rustig met een glaasje van het uitzicht genieten.
De rustige ligging in het dorp vond ik ook een grote plus.
Mocht de tijd weer daar zijn zal ik zeker weer terug gaan!
Wanneer ik de reservering had gemaakt, verliep het contact moeiteloos en per SMS. De ontvangt was super. Allereerst de auto parkeren op een privé parkeerplaats achter een hoog hek.
In het appartement legde Emma uit wat waar te vinden was, in en buiten het appartement.
Het appartement is niet heel groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne badkamer, heel compleet.
Het appartement is verder voorzien van bijna alles wat je thuis ook hebt. TV, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, wasmachine, vaatwasser, strijkijzer en met gebruik van allerhande zaken als koffie, thee, kleine zaken die je in een keuken kunt gebruiken als peper zout en spulletjes om met de hand af te wassen.

Umfassend ausgestattetes und durchdachtes Apartment mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen Port Venus. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Komfortables Klappbett. Großer und sauberer Pool (ohne Liegen) für die Abkühlung zwischendurch. Moderne und leise Klimaanlage. Etwas abgelegen und daher entspannt.
Kein Balkon, nur ein Schiebefenster zur Außenwelt. Alles etwas arg eng, Nachts bis ca. 2:30 laut, da wahlweise die Musik vom Melrose, der Disko Fou und des Lokales um die Ecke lautstark miteinander konkurrieren. Die Sanitäranlagen des Pools werden von den ebenfalls an Gäste vermieteten Booten im Hafen mitbenutzt. Maximal weiter Weg zum Strand.

Un accueil dans la simplicité et la gentillesse ... de belles petites attentions .... serviettes, linge de lit, et même de quoi faire un apéro au frais ... elle a pensé à tout ! Emma qui nous a accueillis est une perle.
Studio top. Un petit bémol : visiblement le lit ne pouvait pas remonter du coup on a passé 3 jours avec le lit au milieu de la pièce ce qui limitait bcp l’espace. Rien de grave cependant!

Studio avec Une vue magnifique, comprenant une piscine très propre est de très bonne taille.l appartement à tous le confort que l on a chez soi même la clim et tous ustensiles utile. Nos hôtes nous ont vraiment accueilli aux petits soins avec beaucoup d attention.

Le studio est très joli, mais sur le descriptif il y avait noté Climatisé . C'est une clim mobile et horriblement bruyante , impossible de la laisser en route la nuit. En ouvrant les fenêtres on a droit aux "concerts" du Cap ..... Donc impossible de dormir avant 2 heures du mat env.... Il faut privilégier les appartements avec climatisation fixe. Un très belle accueil par Emma qui est très professionnelle, un grand merci à elle.
