The apartment has a 160X205 bed, a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron... etc.
The open bath area is organized around a walk-in shower and a vanity unit, it is equipped with a towel dryer radiator. The toilets are separate.
A large dressing room closed with bronze mirrors facilitates the organization of the living room.
The beach, shops and festive places are nearby.

Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.
Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.
Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:
Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:
Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%
Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:
Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.
Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.
Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.
