Azur, 25m² air-conditioned studio for two on 3rd floor of Héliopolis residence. Terrace with sea view, sleeping area 160x205, fitted kitchen, open-plan bathroom, dressing room, close to beach and shops. Large closed garage included.

Azur is an air-conditioned studio for two people of 25m² located on the 3rd floor of the Héliopolis residence, it has a 9m² terrace with sea view.

The apartment has a 160X205 bed, a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron... etc.

The open bath area is organized around a walk-in shower and a vanity unit, it is equipped with a towel dryer radiator. The toilets are separate.

A large dressing room closed with bronze mirrors facilitates the organization of the living room.

The beach, shops and festive places are nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Article 1: Purpose
These general cancellation conditions define the terms and conditions under which a client can cancel or modify an apartment reservation on our booking platform, as well as the consequences of such cancellation or modification.

Article 2: Cancellation Terms
The reservation cancellation must be made in writing, either by email to: contact@capdagdestudio.com or via our contact form available on our website.

Article 3: Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date:

Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:

No refund of the deposit paid, except in cases of justified force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.).
Refund processing fees:

Processing fees will apply based on the type of card used for payment:

Standard cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25
Premium cards from the EEA: 1.9% + €0.25
UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25
International cards: 3.25% + €0.25
Additional fees for currency conversion: + 2%

Article 4: Reservation Modifications
Modification up to 30 days before the arrival date:

Free modifications subject to availability.
Modification less than 30 days before the arrival date:

Modifications are possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The fees will be communicated to the client before the modification is confirmed.
Article 5: No-show
In case of no-show on the arrival day without prior cancellation, the total reservation amount will remain due and no refund will be given.

Article 6: Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) preventing the stay, a rescheduling of the reservation or a full refund may be offered to the client at the discretion of the owner.

Article 7: Refund Procedure
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the reservation.

Article 8: Disputes
In case of a dispute regarding the reservation cancellation, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before engaging in any judicial proceedings. If not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 9: Acceptance of Cancellation Policy
Booking an apartment implies unreserved acceptance of these general cancellation conditions by the client.

Parking spot a little far away from the apartment compared to others.
The bed was not that comfortable on the right side.

WiFi didn’t really work so it was difficult to smart work during the week days.

Nous avons passés un séjour de 30/08/2023 au 03/09/2023 à Azur Heliopolis, ce fut un très agréable séjour, avec de très bons restaurants, bar, boite de nuits, boutiques.... ou les lieux et le personnels étaient exemplaires, professionnel, très accueillant, vraiment rien à redire.
Le village est très propre et cela est particulièrement agréable, bravo à tous.
Pour la location, le logement était top, propreté, équipements, rapport qualité prix vraiment génialissime.
Pour le propriétaire un excellent accueil, très agréable et à l'écoute de plus très pro pour les explications des lieux (appartement, communication du fonctionnement du village) et pour le retour entièrement disponible. Un énorme merci.
Sur et certain que l'on reviendras avec mon ami.
La seul chose qui nous as un peu manquer c'est des consignes à proximité des plages (casiers pour déposer ses affaires perso) et le système de consignes de dépôts de valise entre le moment ou on laisse son logement et le départ du village est basé trop vers la sortie, cela n'est qu'un petit détail, et ne concerne que peut de personne, car je pense que nous ne sommes pas nombreux à venir en train lol.
En tout cas UNE ENORME BRAVO A TOUS ET UN GRAND MERCI.

She accompanied us to the studio and briefly explained how everything worked.

Pleasantly surprised with this studio.
It is complete as indicated in the presentation.
Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there and very clean.
We also liked the view, we looked at the sea from the balcony.
The beach was also very close.

Studio bien placé dans l'immense complexe Héliopolis et proche de la mer, entièrement rénové et conforme à sa présentation sur le site, donc aucune mauvaise surprise. Pendant la haute saison, tenir compte du vacarme assourdissant du GlamourBeach l'jusqu'en en début de soirée si vous comptez inviter des amis prendre l'apéritif sur la terrasse. Par contre calme la nuit.
