L'appartamento, luminoso e soleggiato, si trova di fronte alla spiaggia e a 2 minuti da deliziosi ristoranti, bar, negozi e club.
Alcuni dei posti migliori sono il Glamour, famoso per la discoteca e gli schiuma party, il 1664, il bar dove rilassarsi, e il ristorante Ghymnos.
Avete la possibilità di visitare questi luoghi favolosi o di divertirvi nell'appartamento davanti a qualche bottiglia di vino. Qualunque sia la modalità preferita, c'è sempre l'opportunità di divertirsi.
L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente e si trova al 4° piano, perfetto per affacciarsi sul mare e per rilassarsi sulla terrazza privata con vista sulla splendida spiaggia.

The room was great, had everything I needed and a gorgeous view. I visited in late April which was very quiet. The people in the village are almost all 50+ and there were no other young people there that I could see. The beach and nature are beautiful and it's a great time walking around the sand, climbing the dunes and feeling connected to nature. However, be sure to bring bug spray as there are a lot of mosquitoes and spiders everywhere. Overall glad I visited and good AirBnB.

Die Lage des Appartement im 4.Stock des Gebäudes mit direkten Blick auf den Strand war perfekt. Die Grösse des Appartments (etwa 15qm) war für ein Person o.k. Alle Geräte in der Küchenzeile haben gut funktioniert. Die Dusche und Waschbecken sind zweckmäßig im Raum integriert. Die kleine Toilette ist separat.
Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage des Zimmer ist ausserordentlich. Das Dorf war fast leer und das hat uns am meisten gefallen. Wir würden gerne zurückkommen, aber nur wenn es so ruhig ist oder wenn es ein kleines Bisschen mehr Leute sind.

The location was superb. The most fabulous views of the bay, from the comfort of the bed I witnessed Sunrise, Sunset, glorious sunshine and even a storm. Whilst it is a small studio which I was aware of when I booked it was perfect for my needs with such stunning views and location for my downtime between work.

The seaview and the proximity to the beach. The owner is also receptive and gave us a welcome drink :)
The building, apartment, and surroundings were old and not well maintained. The apartment definitely did not look like the pictures, decorated really badly, sinks and balcony very dirty. Bed made noise and pillows were too low.

O estúdio é pequeno e por ser pequeno poderia ser mais bem aproveitado.
Por exemplo uma cama que fosse possível encostar a parede e ou uma cama que existe nos dias de hoje bastante confortável que se converte-se em sofá.
O apartamento tinha sinais de ter sido remodelado. Mas colocaram a bancada da cozinha e respetiva placa do lado contrário. Isto é a exaustão do prédio esta no lado inverso, se cozinhar algo não existe nada para remover os cheiros.
O duche tem uma dimensão demasiado grande para o tamanho do estúdio e esse espaço faz muita falta num local com poucos metros quadrados.
De resto uma excelente vista.
Bons acesos.

Sim voltávamos.

Excellent communication, personally picked up by Frédéric for check in, and very nice apartment on the top floor with a really beautiful sea view! The apartment is quite small, but suitable for a couple for up to 5-7 days. Due to the lack of space, just a dishwasher and a kettle are missing, everything else is there. Would have loved to stay longer...

Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang durch Frederic. Das Studio ist allem wichtigem Ausgestattet und sauber vor allem der herrliche Ausblick auf das Meer in Richtung Sete war traumhaft. Und wer sich nicht vom 70‘ Jahre Bau und dem etwas wilden Aktivitäten an einen Strandabschnitten abschrecken lässt kann hier ein paar schöne erholsame Tage verbringen. Wir kommen wieder!

Really great apartment with everything you need. And especially the view: Staying on the large balcony you see the southern horizon of the sea and the beach. It takes you abaout half a minute to go from the apartment to take a bath in the lovely sandy sea. We spent a really nice holiday in Fréderic's apartment and were welcome by him and introduced in every aspect of the village. Fréderic is a super host and will help you with all questions.

If you look for beach, sun, fun, you will feel well at this place. Frédéric is a perfect host, he will guide you from the entrance of the village to the apartment, where you will find everything for a relaxing holiday stay. On the large Terrasse, you will not have time to read or relax, because the view is so stunning that you will stare to the sea all the time. From the apartment to the beach takes 30 secs, returning from there, you will find showers to wipe the sand from your sun-tanned skin. We were there beginning October and spent the whole time naked, it was still warm enough for this! The apartment faces to south-east, we have been watching the sunrise from the bed. Then the early coffee on the balcony and after this swimming in the sea. Thank you Frédéric !

Appartement petit mais très fonctionnel. Pas un centimètre carré de perdu. Vue depuis la petite terrasse sur l’entrée des dunes, la plage et surtout un levé de soleil époustouflant ! Frédéric était disponible et arrangeant. Il nous a accueilli 1 heure plus tôt que prévu car l’appartement était déjà disponible. Il était également flexible sur l’heure du départ. Merci pour la bouteille d’eau et surtout le rosé, que nous avons dégusté avec plaisir.

Le prix est élevé mais le micro studio est bien aménagé : jolie déco, bonne literie, kitchenette qui permet de grignoter à midi ou/et le soir sur la terrasse (il n'y a qu'une seule pièce), cabine de douche spacieuse.

Une vue à tomber, on trouve de tout au pieds de l'appartement ( boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie etc..), Frédéric est très réactif, l'accueil au top avec un petit cadeau à notre arrivée dans l'appartement. Nous avons pu profiter d'un superbe levé de soleil en restant couché dans le lit ! Un régal, vivement la pleine saison.

Le top! Hors saison c'est formidable, la vue est magnifique et la plage déserte nous a paru réservée pour nous! Le studio est très bien agencé, joli et confortable. Une adresse qu'on a bien envie de ne pas partager pour la garder rien que pour nous... This is a great spot, better than the pictures indicate. Room is small, but other than sleeping we didn't spend a lot of time in it. Bed was comfy, view was amazing (looks right out on the beach and sea beyond from the top floor), A/C works excellently (as you'd expect in a small space) and balcony was great for enjoying wine/small snacks. Frederic was a friendly, welcoming host (he lives somewhat nearby), who was helpful with the check-in process (coming outside the village to help walk us through check-in), and provided good recommendations for the area in our native English. Would both recommend and would stay there again.
For planning purposes, it would be easiest if you had backpacks/duffels to bring clothing in (although we made two larger suitcases work), and I'd recommend a spare beach towel (one large one, suitable for two people to lay on was provided, as well as two bath towels... we just air-dried after we got in the Sea).

The apartment is on the 4th floor overlooking the beach and the sunset, but has a good light at sunset also. It's fully furnished (except for dish washer and washing machine) and includes basic beach equipment as well (umbrella + plaid). Food store and good restaurants just a few minutes away

Frederic is the best host you could hope for. He met us and guided us to the apartment, giving us a good explanation of the town in perfectly fluent English.
He provided a lovely bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water for our welcome, as well as all the necessary things like beach towels and so on.
The view from the apartment is straight down the beach. Wonderful to watch the passing parade from the verandah. And boy, is there ever a passing parade!!!😂

Thank you very much for your hospitality. I found everything I needed in the "Blue Beach Heliopolis" Studio, which is perfectly located on the top floor of Heliopolis directly at the beach with a brialliant sea and beach view. It's a strong recommendation for one or two persons who like to stay in the calmer part of Cap d'Agde.

Great location and beautiful view! Very small, but it served us well. Amenities could be added (like soap, separate beach towel so we don't use bathroom towel for the beach, and pillows for the bed. Nice gift of wine at check in and Frederic was a wonderful host!

In het nudistengedeelte van Cap d’agde ligt dit appartement op de vierde verdieping. Groot gebouw maar eenmaal binnen is er een klein knus en sfeervol appartement gecreëerd met geweldig uitzicht op zee en vanuit bed kun je de zonsopkomst zien.
Goed bed en lekkere douche. De ligging is perfect, niet in het drukste en luidruchtigste deel van het centrum.
De eigenaar Frédéric was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kwam direct toen we aankwamen voor de sleutel en om ons wegwijs te maken.
Aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan.
Begin mei is het nog vrij rustig in het vakantiedorp en is er door de week veel gesloten. Wij bleven 1 nacht, maar komen graag nog eens terug.

I had such a nice week at the apartment. The apartment it's nice and cosy. It has an amazing view to the beach which is breath taking. The guys they own it they are more than professionals, they do the extra mile of day every time to meet your needs. They have a great person centred approach which make them appear like family to you rather than property owners. Excellent customer service thanks guys I will definitely be back.

Semaine des plus agréable. Notre hôte Youri super sympa nous a appelé pour nous proposer le studio plus tôt que prévu. Accueil sympa. Bouteille de rosé au frais. Cadre idyllique balcon face à la mer et à la plage. Période tranquille. Avons bien profité. A refaire !

Vue exceptionnelle sur la plage, la mer et la ville de Sete avec son mont saint Clair
Si vous êtes matinal vous pourrez admirer de votre lit le magnifique levé de soleil
De plus l'accueil de Frédéric a été très bien et celui ci est vraiment très sympa
Le seul point noir c'est que l'appartement est au quatrième étage sans ascenseur mais bonne nouvelle celui ci est en cours de construction
N'hésitez pas une seconde vous ne le regrettrai vraiment pas
