In deze algemene annuleringsvoorwaarden worden de voorwaarden omschreven waaronder een klant een vlakke reservering op ons reserveringsplatform kan annuleren of wijzigen, evenals de gevolgen van deze annulering of wijziging.
Artikel 2: Annuleringsprocedure
Annulering van een reservering dient schriftelijk te geschieden, per e-mail naar contact@capdagdestudio.com of via ons contactformulier op onze website.
Artikel 3: Annuleringstermijnen en kosten
Annulering tot 30 dagen voor de aankomstdatum :
Kosteloze annulering met volledige terugbetaling van de betaalde aanbetaling.
Annulering minder dan 30 dagen voor de aankomstdatum :
Geen terugbetaling van het betaalde voorschot, behalve in geval van gerechtvaardigde overmacht (ernstige ziekte, overlijden, enz.).
Verwerkingskosten voor terugbetalingen :
Er worden verwerkingskosten in rekening gebracht afhankelijk van het type kaart dat gebruikt is voor de betaling:

Artikel 4: Wijzigingen in de boeking
Wijzigingen tot 30 dagen voor de aankomstdatum:

Wijzigingen zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en kunnen extra kosten met zich meebrengen. De kosten zullen aan de klant worden meegedeeld voordat de wijziging wordt bevestigd.
Artikel 5: No-shows
In het geval van een no-show op de dag van aankomst zonder voorafgaande annulering, blijft het totale bedrag van de reservering verschuldigd en zal er geen restitutie plaatsvinden.
Artikel 6: Overmacht
In het geval van overmacht (natuurrampen, pandemieën, enz.) die het verblijf verhinderen, kan naar goeddunken van de eigenaar een uitstel van de reservering of een volledige terugbetaling aan de klant worden aangeboden.
Artikel 7: Terugbetalingsprocedure
Terugbetalingen, indien van toepassing, zullen worden gedaan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het annuleringsverzoek. Terugbetalingen worden gedaan met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee de boeking is gemaakt.
Artikel 8: Geschillen
In geval van een geschil over de annulering van de boeking, verbinden de partijen zich ertoe een minnelijke oplossing te zoeken alvorens een gerechtelijke procedure aan te spannen. Bij gebreke daarvan zal het geschil worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken.
Artikel 9: Aanvaarding van de annuleringsvoorwaarden
De reservering van een appartement houdt in dat de klant deze algemene annuleringsvoorwaarden zonder voorbehoud aanvaardt.

The location was perfect—close to local shop Spar, restaurants, and the beach, but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We especially appreciated the host’s quick responses and helpful recommendations for places to visit and eat nearby. Thanks a lot Marine!
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We also found a nice, helpful taxi driver with cheaper prices!

The building, apartment, and surroundings were old and not well maintained. The apartment definitely did not look like the pictures, decorated really badly, sinks and balcony very dirty. Bed made noise and pillows were too low.
The address shown in the booking was also not correct and led us pretty far from where the building is.

Por exemplo uma cama que fosse possível encostar a parede e ou uma cama que existe nos dias de hoje bastante confortável que se converte-se em sofá.
O apartamento tinha sinais de ter sido remodelado. Mas colocaram a bancada da cozinha e respetiva placa do lado contrário. Isto é a exaustão do prédio esta no lado inverso, se cozinhar algo não existe nada para remover os cheiros.
O duche tem uma dimensão demasiado grande para o tamanho do estúdio e esse espaço faz muita falta num local com poucos metros quadrados.
De resto uma excelente vista.
Bons acesos.
Parque de estacionamento para uma viatura.
Sim voltávamos.

El estudio es perfecto, tiene absolutamente todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar, la decoración tiene estilo, los metros cuadrados se han aprovechado de forma inteligente por lo que no parece tan pequeño y las vistas son impresionantes. Adicionalmente, Frédéric es un anfitrión impecable, siempre disponible, hace que el check-in sea sencillo y da excelentes consejos para los primerizos. Hasta nos dejó unos regalitos para hacer de nuestra estadía una más cálida (agua, cápsulas de café y hasta una botella de vino). No puedo hacerle justicia a este alojamiento con palabras, pero no se arrepentirán.

This was, hands down, one of our best stays at an airbnb. The studio is perfect, it has everything you could possibly need, it is stylish, square meters are smartely taken advantage of so it doesn't feel small, and the view is simply breath taking. On top of that, Frédéric is an amazing host. Always readily available, makes sure check-in runs smoothly and gives great tips for first time comers. He even left us some presents to make our stay cozier (water, coffee pods and even a wine bottle). I could not recommend it enough. You will not regret it.

For planning purposes, it would be easiest if you had backpacks/duffels to bring clothing in (although we made two larger suitcases work), and I'd recommend a spare beach towel (one large one, suitable for two people to lay on was provided, as well as two bath towels... we just air-dried after we got in the Sea).

Quiet even in mid July.Very well ventilated not only through a nice comfortable balcony (with table and chairs well suited for breakfasts, light lunches, romantic dinners, or late night drinks), but also because of a good air conditioning system for the hottest hours.
Owners Nathalie & Frederic are classy and warm, and will assist with any problem that may arise.
The welcoming wine bottle did not go unnoticed !

He provided a lovely bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water for our welcome, as well as all the necessary things like beach towels and so on.
The view from the apartment is straight down the beach. Wonderful to watch the passing parade from the verandah. And boy, is there ever a passing parade!!!😂

Goed bed en lekkere douche. De ligging is perfect, niet in het drukste en luidruchtigste deel van het centrum.
De eigenaar Frédéric was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en kwam direct toen we aankwamen voor de sleutel en om ons wegwijs te maken.
Aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan.
Begin mei is het nog vrij rustig in het vakantiedorp en is er door de week veel gesloten. Wij bleven 1 nacht, maar komen graag nog eens terug.

Vue exceptionnelle sur la plage, la mer et la ville de Sete avec son mont saint Clair
Si vous êtes matinal vous pourrez admirer de votre lit le magnifique levé de soleil
De plus l'accueil de Frédéric a été très bien et celui ci est vraiment très sympa
Le seul point noir c'est que l'appartement est au quatrième étage sans ascenseur mais bonne nouvelle celui ci est en cours de construction
N'hésitez pas une seconde vous ne le regrettrai vraiment pas
